I didn't have my phone on me the day of my appointment. There was bad weather forecast and the office called to see if I wanted to change my appointment. I arrived for my 4:30 time and everyone was very professional and courteous, I'm sure they would have rather been on their way home but you couldn't tell that by how I was treated. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I could have changed times. Thank you for your professionalism.

Great experience, quick service, knowledgeable staff and I bought the first groovy specs I tried on. No high pressure sales tactics. Just listened to my needs.

My visit was the most pain free and straightforward experience that I haven't had in any form of care for several years. I would like to thank the excellent team that worked towards fitting me with a high quality pair that didn't break the bank. I could drop names, but I don't have permission. First time meeting Dr Merick, he was very pleasant and kind. He even let me know that Medicare does cover exams, that was very nice to find out! Everyone I talked to was very pleasant!

Dr. Lamp's kindness and compassion never fail to amaze me. He is a gem of a Dr and I appreciate him and his staff so much!

The people that work here are awesome. All very professional and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your visit is seamless yet inviting. I saw Dr. Richmond and he is always so professional yet to the point conveying in a way that’s Precise and Succinct making it easy for one to understand exactly what is being conveyed. I’ve been going to West Wichita Optometry for the past 5 years. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Emerick is very through, very attentive knowledgeable and listens to my problems.
I called with eye problem on a Friday and was seen by Dr. Becker the same afternoon. She was very nice and solved my eye problem within minutes. Keep up the good work! Will keep going back.

Dr. Emmeric is the best optometrist I have ever had! I am 61 years old and I came across Dr. Emmeric when my optometrist retired. He is very proactive and knows a lot about what my insurance will pay and what it will not. His staff are all very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

The personnel there were very kind to me and very patient and I think that the optometristed an amazing job and checking my eyes and making sure that I could see good. They gave me a trial pair of contacts for a month and then they got another trial pair that is stronger to see what ones they like and had helped me figure out what to get that would be cheaper for my budget. But all this stuff was very kind and they were very patient with me and they help me with my paperworkThe personal service was amazing with the staff

Wonderful staff, I saw Dr. Emily Becker. Very well knowledgeable and helped be decide and took time to explain the differences in things that my eyes are doing. And explained my options to the T that I would understand them. Would recommend her office and especially her. Thank you for such a great experience.

I’ve been visiting this facility since I first started wearing glasses and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The quality And selectionof the optics, understanding my unique problems, the clean facilities, Always on time and professional.

Awesome Friendly place. Everyone is super nice. They make sure you are taken care of.

These people Were pretty cool. But took almost a month to get glasses, after being told it would take seven business days. Be cautious if you need your glasses in a hurry this might not be the place for you if you are in a hurry... update it's been one month and they still don't have my glasses... I would just avoid this place in general if you need your glasses in less than a month
