I have been coming to this office since Dr. Betting. The personnel has changed but are always polite and helpful with any concerns

Well I'll will start off with my first visit with everyone that was there working and the guy that help me pick out the glasses I wanted was very helpful and polite 🙂 but when I pickup my new glasses I had a little different visit which everyone was nice and polite but the lady who help me wasn't. But she was polite but when I ask for extra cloths to clean my new glasses which they do get old fast and sometimes you forget not to use fabric softener which I do sometimes so I like to have extra just incase. Well she look in the drawer which she had couple new ones in the package but wouldn't give me one but instead went in the back and came up with couple that look old but the main thing was I just wanted couple or a extra one that I could store just incase that I didn't worry about them having dust that could scratch my glasses that I just spent over $400 on which places I usually bought glasses have no trouble with giving me extra cloths when I buy new glasses!!! So I think 🤔 I will find a new place to take my business to

I have been going here for many years the doctors and staff are great.

Staff friendly and professional. They weren't obsessed with visiting with each other and leaving the patients waiting, like some places I've been to. Dr Randall was friendly and very knowledgeable. He put me at ease. I didn't get any new glasses, so I can't speak on that experience, but I'm sure it would be a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

1st time patient here and I absolutely loved it! the staff was super friendly, the dr took his time and explained everything to me and went over things I never knew! the prices are pretty good and to add to that the deals are unbeatable!!!

This is hands down one of the best optometrists offices; from their great eye DR’s to fantastic techs. They have a great selection of eyeglasses that range from stylish and bold for peeps like me, to traditional looks for others.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Emrick for over 6 years. The first DR willing to put me in contacts & it’s been amazing!!! He patiently talks us through any concerns & is always looking for solutions. And the staff …. AMAZING & welcoming!!!

It is always a pleasant experience at West Wichita Family Optometrists. Everyone on staff are so polite and very courteous. Dr. Lamp takes the time to get to know his patients. I recommend this practice 10++++++.

Great experience! The staff is very welcoming. The eye clinic has such a clean & relaxing design. Dr. Emrick is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about the care we receive when we visit. From the call I made saying I need to see Dr. Lamp with an issue, they made it happen, to the courthouse care we get while there! Can’t think Dr. Lamp enough for the time and care he gives us, so thank you all for being the best!!!

I called this morning with an urgent need and they were able to get me in the same day. I was immediately greeted with a smile when I walked in. Dr. Lamp took the time to listen, explain, and answer any questions that I had. He was very thorough and I left feeling that I had received excellent care. Thank you!

I am highly impressed with West Wichita Family Optometrists. Dr. Richmond was very thorough and answered every question and explained his answers.
The girl, Lena, that helped me select my frames and the other options was amazing.

If I could I would give you a rating of more than five stars concerning my visit on May 13, 2026. The response to my issue was outstanding! I had some kind of foreign material in my right eye that I was not able to flush out myself after four or so hours of trying. It was getting late in the day. I called into the office and asked if they could work me in to take a look at it. The desk staff, without hesitation, said come on in. Once I arrived, I was received in immediately, taken to the exam room for check in procedures, and Dr Richmond was able to break free and take a look. He removed a foreign object and I was all fixed up. Immediate relief! The time span from check in to all fixed up was maybe 5 minutes! That is amazing! Honestly, I have never received that quality of treatment anywhere before and I’m over 70 years old.
Thank you very much Dr Richmond and the entire staff for providing me with exceptional care on that day. You should all be very proud of yourselves.
