They are great. Been going for years. Never had a complaint.

I’m very pleased with the service I received today. I am on social security and they worked with me to get me the best lenses for my needs and they kept the cost down to the amount that was covered so I didn’t have to pay anything for all that I received.

Always friendly, personal & professional, love how the Drs tailor care to your interests and questions.

I have been going to West Wichita Family Optometrists for many years. The entire staff have always been pleasant. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

First visit ever at this location West Wichita. I was greeted with friendly smile and my appointment went as quickly then I had anticipated. Fast service with incredible insights and knowledge about eye exam and and eye care. Not to mention they've great selection on eye wears and safety glasses. I recommend this West Wichita Family Optometrist to anyone who is looking for eye Doctor, eye care or eye wears.

Dr. Becker is both personable and professional, and I really appreciate that! The whole staff is friendly and helpful, and seem knowledgeable in their areas. The office is comfortable in an almost small town feeling kind of way that you don't get with the bigger, corporate clinics.

I had an incident concerning my eye and they were so kind as to get me in within an hour to exam it. Very helpful on the phone and kind staff in person.

Went today for the first time and everything was great from beginning to end Drs.,techs,assistants,clerks every one very knowledgeable and friendly it was wonderful I will recommend to family and friends 😊

I really enjoy Dr. Becker and her staff. They are always friendly, and easy to have a conversation with. They are real down to earth people there and you can tell they really care about your eyes and want to give you the best treatment possible. They will always have my eye care in their hands!

Always a top shelf experience. I was scheduled for September 18th but with a comment to put me on the list if for some reason someone cancelled. Lucky for me they called me the next day after I made my appointment. Dr Lamp is a very easy to work with professional.

This was for my 89 year old mom and the dr did a wonderful job and explaining what is going on with her eyes.

I very much enjoyed my appointment here! Staff was very polite and helpful. I am most impressed by the nurse that helped me with picking out my glasses at the end of my visit. He helped explain what my insurance offers me and was upfront about benefits of glasses. The visit itself was very quick. I would absolutely reccomend this office to anyone!

Excellent experience! My optometrist was really knowledgeable and communicated everything I needed to know and provided my plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Isabella was great and very personable, staff at the desk were really nice and welcoming.

The staff at West Wichita Family Optometrists, whether it's the doctors, the medical staff or the admin staff, is incredible! Both my husband and I are patients and love the fantastic patient care we always receive! The office came highly recommended by a family friend who's an optometrist in north central Kansas. We made the switch from our former optometrist's office and are so happy we did! I highly recommend West Wichita Family Optometrists!!

My previous doctor retired so I came to this office at the suggestion of friends. I was not disappointed. I was first met by a tech named Nicole, a very friendly and delightful young lady. After taking pictures of my eyes and reading eye charts she took me to Dr. Emrick's office. He was very thorough and explained the results of my exam in easy to understand terms. I will definitely return in the future.

My daughter and I see Dr. Lamp. He is always very knowledgeable. He answers all of our questions and we never feel rushed. My family has gone to him for many years and we highly recommend him.

Had contacts before. Asked the doctor to prescribe contacts. Doctor refused to prescribe contacts without paying a bogus $100 fee for showing me how to put contacts in even though I told him I didn’t need that. They charged my insurance company $468 and I paid $152 for a pair of glasses since he wouldn’t prescribe contacts. I wasn’t happy with the outcome but would have left it alone. I have now received an invoice every two weeks for an additional $30 charge for “transfer from insurance to patient” charge for 6 months. I have refused to pay it. They have probably spent the $30 in stamps by now for as many petty letters as they have sent me. I make sure and tell everyone I can about how unprofessional and how they don’t really care about helping people see better. This is a place solely dedicated to trying to get as much money per patient as possible. This is the only google review I’ve ever written. I wish I would have read all of the terrible reviews prior to going to this terribly ran business.
