Dr lamp did a very complete examination of my eyes. I'm a diabetic with additional I needs and he helped explain what was happening, and has recommended me to and I specialist. I saw the eye specialist and have had very good results. Dr lamp and his staff are always very kind and compassionate, they listen to your questions, and answer in a way that is understandable.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and explained procedures so l could understand everything they were doing. And Dr Lamp also was very kind and explained everything to me in simple and easy to understand way. I have finally found a place I am looking forward to go to every year or as needed. Thank you all for your kindness towards me.

I was impressed that they were able to fit me in today because of the issues I was having. After seeing my primary doctor she really needed me to be seen by in my optometrist. They were able to clear up a lot of things for me.

Everyone was very kind and able to answer any questions I had. Dr. Lamp has helped me thru major eye changes/issues over the years. He is topnotch, kind, and is able to explain things so there is no confusion.

So kind and patient. The doctors and the staff are amazing.

I've been going here for over 30 years and Dr. Becker was great as always and her new assistant Mya seems very nice.

First time going in for eye exam and new glasses. The staff including the doctor were all nice folks. They asked questions, listened, and provided thorough services. Would highly recommend them.

We do our yearly eye exams at West Wichita Family Optometrists and have always had a positive experience. Today, however, I had to message (they text - it’s awesome) because my youngest child was complaining of eye pain. They scheduled her immediately (same day) to be seen and were helpful and kind. It meant a lot to me that they responded so quickly and positively to help my child. Highly recommend this office!

We absolutely love Dr. Richmond and his team! My husband and all three of our kids have been seen here, and every experience has been wonderful. We are always in and out quickly, which is such a huge plus with a busy family, but we never feel rushed. Dr. Richmond does an amazing job and is so thorough and professional. We always feel well taken care of and confident in his care. Highly recommend!

The staff is so kind and we love Dr. Lamp! Last time we couldn’t get in with Dr. Lamp but there’s always someone else you can see in a pinch, and we loved our experience with Dr. Dougherty! Everyone took so much time with us, teaching my daughter how to use contacts and helping me understand the insurance side of things. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Dr Lamp! Best eye Dr I have ever had! Patient, kind, sincere and always conversational. Never feels like a Dr visit there and it's a friendly clean office as well!

LOVE this place. I’ve been going to Dr. Emrick for four years, and he is always informative and kind. Lena is so helpful with picking glasses, too! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to this eye doctor office for many years. I had to have an emergency appointment due to a fall that I had 3 weeks ago. The team of staff was very nice and worked me in their busy schedule today. The exam room was very clean and very nice for me today. The Doctor explained to me about my medical situation. They also adjusted my glasses too. I will be going back to get a new script for my new glasses.

Staff has always been wonderful, friendly and wouldn't go anywhere else

Dr. Emrick is so great with my son. We were able to get in quickly, mid-year, when his eyes changed before his annual appointment. We also appreciate the optical division. They were very knowledgeable about insurance and offer a great warranty on glasses.

Dr. Randall and all of the staff that I have worked with great at their jobs. Dr. Randall takes the time to explain your options and has amazing "chair side manner". I tell everyone I know about WWFO!

My optometrist, Dr. Richmond is very professional, and his staff does an excellent and polite job whenever I am in for an appointment. I've never had an issue and would recommend him and West Wichita Family Optometrists!

Dr Richmond, Dr Randall, and staff are always friendly and so helpful. We've been attending since 2013. The staff are great with kids as well!! The office offers early vision screening with shapes/images for kiddos versus alphabet for adults. The selection for glasses is large and staff are very helpful in finding glasses for your personality. Thank you serving us throughout the years!

Dr. Becker and her staff are wonderful. I have always felt appreciated and know that I am being well taken care of when visiting the office.

Dr. Emrick is a great communicator AND is on top of all the latest info and tests in eyecare. As an older individual, I really appreciate his expertise and his ability to explain everything!

On Saturday 7/25 I noticed my left eye lid was sore Saturday night it was swollen and tender. Sunday it was red, tender and swollen. I called West Wichita Family Optometrists to see if they could see me. They were so sweet and understanding and asked if I could be there in 30 minutes. She explained that all the Drs were completely booked, but it was important that I be seen. Can you believe it! Most facilities would have said they were booked and could I come in a coupe days!! I was shocked at how sweet this girl was and how caring she was to get me the help I needed. Bless you honey!!
The Dr I saw was so nice and helpful. I’m can’t remember what his name was, but he had long red hair and ever so pleasant!! Thank you Sir!!
If you aren’t coming here for your eye care, you’re missing the boat because they are truly the BEST!!!

I have been coming to this office since Dr. Betting. The personnel has changed but are always polite and helpful with any concerns

Well I'll will start off with my first visit with everyone that was there working and the guy that help me pick out the glasses I wanted was very helpful and polite 🙂 but when I pickup my new glasses I had a little different visit which everyone was nice and polite but the lady who help me wasn't. But she was polite but when I ask for extra cloths to clean my new glasses which they do get old fast and sometimes you forget not to use fabric softener which I do sometimes so I like to have extra just incase. Well she look in the drawer which she had couple new ones in the package but wouldn't give me one but instead went in the back and came up with couple that look old but the main thing was I just wanted couple or a extra one that I could store just incase that I didn't worry about them having dust that could scratch my glasses that I just spent over $400 on which places I usually bought glasses have no trouble with giving me extra cloths when I buy new glasses!!! So I think 🤔 I will find a new place to take my business to
