Dr Randall was so kind and was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old. The girl who did the first exams made my son feel so comfortable and that is quite a feat for him. The girls at the desk were really sweet too. We will definitely come back.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff and a new doctor today. It was a very pleasant. The doctor I saw was very kind and thorough. I’ve been going there for years and I definitely would suggest other people to go there. I thank them for their service.

My appointment was on time. Staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Lamp is very informative, knowledgeable and the greatest!

We have always felt like family with the group at WWFO. They take the extra steps to accommodate us with everything from scheduling to fittings, ordering lenses and follow ups. We all like Dr. Lamp - he has the best chair-side manner and takes the time to listen

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a good experience here. I would recommend this group to anyone. Dr. Becker was especially good in explaining the change in my eyes and eye sight.

I’ve been coming here for years and always have a positive experience, they take the time thoroughly to check your eyes and spend plenty of time making sure your satisfied with your eyeglass purchase.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Jessica who helped me with glasses). Dr. Emrick was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time explaining eye issues I was having and did not rush through the appointments. I had to have 2 appointments 2 weeks apart to check on my eyes adjusting to new prescription. We recently moved to Wichita from out of state, and I am relieved to have found my eye doctor!

Dr Dougherty is lovely, kind & thorough, I highly recommend West Wichita Family Optometrists.

Dr. Lamp has been my eye doctor for 25 years. He is my favorite health professional I see, and I always get excellent care. Best bedside manner and I never feel rushed. 10/10

Great experience as usual Dr Lamp fantastic. He takes the time to talk to you and understand your issues. Unlike Green Vision who does not have time to really understand long range issues. So glad I found someone who cares.

Just got my new glasses my vision is much better. Now I am getting use to my new no line lens.you could say I am a blind man in a closet trying to find the switch.
About the Asian lady who had the misfortune of putting new lens in old frames. She is a gem, did a fantastic job, they are straight and fit so nice. Please give her some recognition when you have a staff meeting. Please tell Dr. Lam
