Great place. Staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Lamp always provides excellent care.

Dr. Richmond was great and explained everything that was going on with my eyes and my prescription. Brady was also excellent in helping me pick out my new glasses and explaining all the different options with lens materials and different kinds of frames. They were patient and answered all my questions.

Dr Becker is the best, took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions, thanks

I was checked in and seen promptly and everyone was very nice. The doctor was very informative and explained things where i understood easily.

Have been going to this office my whole life and have never had a bad experience! All staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Walked in greeted promptly by front desk ,cked in sat down called back in 5 minutes texchian was nice and knowledgeable. Dr Randell came in promptly answered questions was kind and patient with me . Very good Dr! Would recommend to anyone! Great place !

I was impressed with the doctor I saw today. I didn't hAve to wait long at all. The doctor explained her findings thoroughly. Everyone was very pleasant. It was a good experience.

This is a great place to go to get your eyes checked out. The staff is very friendly and the receptionist greet you once you enter the facility with a smile on there face. So i felt welcomed and they got me in and out very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great appointment today! Saw a different Dr than I normally see and she was fantastic!!!! Definitely recommend this whole group!!!!

My initial visit was for a second opinion several years ago. I can not imagine ever going anywhere else! The front staff was friendly and I am taken back swiftly. Dr. Lamp is very personable and he talked me through my diagnosis in greater detail. Great office in my opinion!

I came in for a normal appointment. The staff were great and very helpful. I have been coming to the office for a while. I always get informed information from the Doctors. I also know if I need more information about my eyesight the Doctor’s are always available to answer my questions. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for doctors that understands your vision needs.

My first time going here and I’m so glad my friend referred me here!! The staff and Dr. Jenna Dougherty were so helpful and friendly!! They explained everything as they were doing it and what it was for. They took time to tell me things that most places haven’t about my eyes and eye health.

GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Staff was friendly and adjusted and cleaned my glasses. The doctor took time to explain the test results and answer any questions.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from West Wichita family optometrice office. They're very courteous and Doctor Lamp suggested I get cataract surgery. No wonder I couldn't see very well out of my right eye. I was really struggling and he was very understanding.

I love this office environment. Everyone is so friendly and smiling. Dr. Lamp is great. Always makes me feel comfortable and heard.

Lacking in communication and organization. In scheduling my appts I confirmed there was no copayment, just for three weeks later to be asked to pay a fee the dr “forgot to add” in the bill.

Very friendly professional staff. Dr Becker always takes time to explain things in detail.

Great all around experience!!

Fantastic care all around for my 9 year old. The staff and Dr were patient and answered mine and my child’s questions. We left with her prescription glasses within 30 minutes of the eye exam!

As usual my experience with wh west wichita family Optometrists was very good i have been going to family optometrists. For a very long time by doctor retired, I met a new doctor today and I think she was very thorough and very kind.I love this place

I have been going here for many years. Dr. Lamp is awesome. He truly cares about you as a person as well as takes very good care of our eyes. His staff is all wonderful as well. Very kind and polite with smiles on there faces every time we go. They are the best!!!! Thank you for caring so much.

I had a wonderful experience. They got me at the very last minute when every other covered provider I called was booked. I showed up for my appointment at 3:15 and walked out roughly 40 minutes later with a new pair of glasses and a smile. They earned a new customer today, I will certainly be back. I didn't catch the names of the employees that I spoke with but they were all very friendly and attentive to my needs and made sure to get me a pair of glasses today.
