​I cannot say enough good things about the team at West Wichita Family Optometrists.
​Dr. Emerick provided a very thorough eye exam. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high professionalism with a genuinely caring demeanor. I didn’t feel rushed, and they answered all my questions regarding my eye health with great patience.
​After the exam, the optician was amazing at helping me select glasses. I usually struggle to find frames that fit my face, but they offered excellent advice and helped me find a pair that looks great and fits perfectly.
​If you are looking for an eye care team that is professional, kind, and trustworthy, look no further. I will definitely be returning.

From the moment you enter you feel very welcome with the friendly staff and fast service it looks like they really care about us and specially Dr. Eric Lampe is is the best I've ever met he cares for his patients, he keeps up with all the new medical information. very impressive he is very smart and caring that's why I brought all my family and my friends to him, my kids love him.

Great experience! I was visiting Wichita and had an eye injury. They got me in immediately, treated the issue, and provided drops to prevent problems. Super helpful and accommodating to an out-of-towner!

I usually don’t look forward to getting my yearly eye exam, but I love this practice! I saw Dr. Dougherty, who was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I would also like to give a shout-out to Brady for being helpful and informative, and making my glasses purchasing experience a cinch. I didn’t quite catch the name of the staff member who did the pre-testing portion of my visit, but he was also great and very personable. Thank you, West Wichita Family Optometrists, for an amazing visit!

I highly recommend Wichita West Optometrist. If you need an Optometrist call and make an appointment to see Dr Lamp, he's one of the best!

I was very pleased as this was my first time visit. It was very clean and I was seen almost right away. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt like I had appropriate responses to all of my questions!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Becker for years and have always had an excellent experience not only with her, but with the entire staff as well. Check in is quick, I’m always roomed promptly, and have had friendly and efficient service each appointment. I would highly recommend this office, as well as Dr. Becker to anyone!

Everyone is so friendly and very little waiting to see anyone. Dr Randall is very fun and makes you feel at ease. There is a wide selection of glasses and it a quick turn on receiving new glasses.

Had my yearly eye exam with Dr Lamp, and as always a very pleasant visit. The technician who accomplished my preliminary testing was very friendly and proficient. Dr Lamp reviewed the testing and completed the examination. Needing a change in prescriptions, the technician who helped with the selection and ordering was also very helpful. A pleasant visit from start to finish.

Well today was my first time there. They were so nice! When I first scheduled my appointment, they walked me through what steps I need to take to fill out the paperwork online. They seen me very soon for a new customer. They brought me in the back and checked my eyes with their new tech and it was very quick and easy. The lady who helped me today was a sweetheart too. My Dr was Emily. She was very kind and patient with me too and very informal with everything. They even helped me pick out my frames and it was all very convenient and quick! I would highly recommend this to a friend or family member and will be coming back. Thank you guys for everything!

Dr Randall was so kind and was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old. The girl who did the first exams made my son feel so comfortable and that is quite a feat for him. The girls at the desk were really sweet too. We will definitely come back.
