Wonderful staff, I saw Dr. Emily Becker. Very well knowledgeable and helped be decide and took time to explain the differences in things that my eyes are doing. And explained my options to the T that I would understand them. Would recommend her office and especially her. Thank you for such a great experience.

I’ve been visiting this facility since I first started wearing glasses and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The quality And selectionof the optics, understanding my unique problems, the clean facilities, Always on time and professional.

These people Were pretty cool. But took almost a month to get glasses, after being told it would take seven business days. Be cautious if you need your glasses in a hurry this might not be the place for you if you are in a hurry... update it's been one month and they still don't have my glasses... I would just avoid this place in general if you need your glasses in less than a month

I have been going to West Wichita family optometris I know well over fifteen years. They have always been good to me and treat me with kindness and in respect , you couldn't ask for much better than that.

These people Were pretty cool.. If you don't have insurance, I'd probably avoid this place.But if you got insurance , it's highly recommended

I've been a patient at West Wichita Family for over 20 years and have received excellent service. Dr Lamp has been my doctor through the years. He has been most helpful in making sure that my conditions don't worsen. The receptionists are great and waiting time is never very long. Up to date equipment also. Great assistants 👍🏼 Thanks

I called for an appointment, I usually take the first available appointment. I've seen every doctor there. I saw Dr. Lamp today. He was the best as always. The entire staff is on top of their game. You can't go wrong selecting any of these optometrist.

I've been going to West Wichita Family Optometrists seeing Dr Becker for several years. Its always an excellent experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Becker answers all my questions and really takes time to make sure I understand. Highly recommend!

Staff were super nice and professional. I struggled with puting contacts in for the first time ever for over half a hour. They were like my personal hypeman saying words of encouragement the entire time!
