Great all around experience!!

Fantastic care all around for my 9 year old. The staff and Dr were patient and answered mine and my child’s questions. We left with her prescription glasses within 30 minutes of the eye exam!

As usual my experience with wh west wichita family Optometrists was very good i have been going to family optometrists. For a very long time by doctor retired, I met a new doctor today and I think she was very thorough and very kind.I love this place

I am so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of this team. Dr. Becker is very knowledgeable and works to find solutions for my eye problems, I highly recommend her.

Did not have to wait long, the technician and the Optometrist both were friendly and professional. Answered all my questions.

I have been going here for many years. Dr. Lamp is awesome. He truly cares about you as a person as well as takes very good care of our eyes. His staff is all wonderful as well. Very kind and polite with smiles on there faces every time we go. They are the best!!!! Thank you for caring so much.

I had a wonderful experience. They got me at the very last minute when every other covered provider I called was booked. I showed up for my appointment at 3:15 and walked out roughly 40 minutes later with a new pair of glasses and a smile. They earned a new customer today, I will certainly be back. I didn't catch the names of the employees that I spoke with but they were all very friendly and attentive to my needs and made sure to get me a pair of glasses today.

Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. Had paper work ready to go and waiting time was minimal. Tech was very nice and thorough and laughed with us so we enjoyed that. Dr Becker is amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Tge glass tech helps you select the best frame for your face if you're on the fence and explains packages and discounts available and check insurance coverage. They do great work and have a nice selection of frames.

Really happy with Dr. Randal. He is very efficient and thorough.

Same day prescription glasses! That’s hard to find. The doctors and staff were very competent and efficient and the selection of eyewear is superb, a nice blend of the classic designers with some newer innovative designer options as well.

My appointments with Dr. Lamp never disappoints!!! He doesn't rush the appointment and takes the time to listen to me and my concerns. He's not only concerned with the state of my eyes, he's also concerned about my personal well being. I ALWAYS enjoy my annual appointment with him.

I called for an appointment. I take first opening, all the docs are super. Actually, I seen them all. I took a cancellation and went to Dr. Richmond for the first time. He was awesome. Took his time, gave me a thorough work over. You can't beat thus group of optometrists. I highly suggest seeing any of them.

Dr Simon and staff are always great to work with! They always make you feel important, and make sure questions are answered. Great group!

The front staff was very accommodating and very helpful and the tester of my eyes was incredible and he did a great job and then Dr Lamp was absolutely incredible he actually told me what was going on with my eyes and what I could do to change it and we discussed and great length and tested my eyes and , a lot of tests that the tester actually did for him, but I felt very very very comfortable... Can't wait to go back again for another visit.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything always runs very smooth and they make sure you are taken care.

Dr Becker and crew are great! Lena was very knowledgeable (and patient) while helping me showing me all the options with new glasses! I have referred many friends to them over the years.

The best optical office ever been to and I have been wearing glasses for 30 years. The staff and Dr.s do all they can to help you out. I had to self pay and I'm on limited funds. Thankfully they worked with me and made it affordable so I could get my pair of glasses. I was would recommend them to all my friends and family I will be a patient with them for life.

Dr. Randall is amazing! He’s kind and caring. He always spends time during my exams to ask about the family and life. It’s like visiting a friend! It’s so nice to go to a doctor we trust. Trevor the optometry assistant was kind and let me know what he was going to do before each test. We just love this office!

My husband & I were both there this morning & I told him on our drive home afterwards that it was so nice to deal with people who were so nice & professional. Thank you for such good service from checking in to testing to appointment & exam to fitting of glasses & checking out!

Dr Emerick is a wonderful Dr. Very thorough and explains things very well.
