Dr. Randall grew up in Argonia, Kansas.  He graduated from Friends University with a major in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Religion and Philosophy.  He graduated Optometry School in 2009 from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. From 2009 to 2023 he practiced in El Dorado, Kansas. In 2023, his brother-in-law Dr. Ryan Emrick finally persuaded him to join the wonderful and talented group of doctors and staff at West Wichita Family Optometrists to practice in Wichita and Goddard.

Dr. Randall’s favorite thing about eye care is getting to know and help the members of the community where he practices, from the youngest member of the family to the oldest. From providing basic vision care with glasses and contacts, to managing more significant ocular disease, he hopes to help each patient navigate their needs.

Dr. Randall lives in Wichita and enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids (and dogs). They enjoy sporting events, especially Shocker basketball, music theater, travel, and spending time with friends and family.  He is an active member of the community and his church Chapel Hill UMC.
